Centering Equitable Social Emotional Learning in Instructional Practices
This two-part interactive Community of Practice (CoP) from the Center for Education Equity focuses on building an affirming learning environment that supports equitable social emotional development. These sessions are intentionally designed for practitioners to add to their toolkit of strategies and reflect on current approaches that support social emotional learning and how these approaches can be refined for a strengths-centered classroom.

Participants will:
- Collaborate with peers to explore instructional practices that integrate equity-centered social, emotional, and academic learning. 
- Apply learning to their own context to develop an action plan.
